DLC provides a platform for its partner trip organizers and its own managed travel portals to manage their bookings, receive payments, and access to global trip organizers. DLC acts as a payment processor for its partner trip organizers and its own managed travel portals. DLC also collects money on behalf of the tour operators and guarantees the service to the end user customers. When you book travel services through DLC, you agree to pay all charges and fees associated with your booking, including but not limited to the cost of the travel services and any additional fees, taxes, and surcharges. You understand and agree that these charges and fees may be subject to change without notice. DLC ensures that the exact amount paid by the customer is received and processed, and then deducts its commission before forwarding the remaining funds to the operating companies in destinations around the Middle East, such as Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, etc.
DLC supports its partner trip organizers and its own managed travel portals with its experience in the travel industry, but DLC does not organize trips. The bookings made through DLC are handled by its partner trip organizers or its own managed travel portals, or forwarded to operating companies for confirmation with the customer. DLC is not responsible for the services provided by these entities.
Cancellation and refund policies for travel services booked through DLC are determined by the trip organizers and operating companies and may vary depending on the type of service and their policies. DLC is not responsible for any cancellations or refunds. Please review the provider’s policies before making a booking.
The content and information on the DLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of DLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any of the content or information on the DLC website without the express written consent of DLC.
